Online shopping guide:

7a. If the coupon code or shopping gift code is not displayed, please enter it again. If you still cannot display successfully if you enter it again, please contact us.
Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed. The coupon code or the shopping gift code cannot be used in this order.
8. Enter the above information and confirm that the order is correct and read the Terms and Conditions.
8a. If you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions, please click on the “I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions”. then,

9. If the order is successfully confirmed, you can check the order details in the email address or "My Account" filled out in "Payment details".

1. Speed delivery - SF Express
1a. For single order purchases of HK$500 or above, you can enjoy free access to SF Express or SF Express pickup service once.
1b. If the order purchase amount is less than HK$500, if you can choose the smart cabinet or SF station pickup, the shipping fee will be “paid”. That is, the consignee needs to pay the freight.
1c. After the parcel arrives at the pick-up point, the system will send an SMS message to the phone number you entered in the “Delivery details” column when you shop online. Please follow the instructions to pick up the selected location.
1d. If the goods are still not picked up within 48 hours after the goods arrive at the smart cabinet, the dispatcher will collect the goods at any time.
At that time, you will need to contact SF Express to retrieve the mail. This may result in additional service charges, and the store will not bear the relevant fees.
2. Local surface mail - Hongkong Post
2a. If the order purchase amount is less than HK$500, if you can choose "Local Local Post - Hongkong Post" service, the shipping cost is HK$15/time.
3. Face-to-face service

- If the damaged goods are not damaged, INNs-pro will exchange the goods for you.
- If the relevant goods have been removed, INNs-pro will refund the relevant amount to you. If you are paying with a shopping gift, we will refund the amount to you in the form of a shopping gift.
- All refunds do not include shipping, coupons and shopping vouchers.
- In case of dispute, INNs-pro reserves the right to make the final decision.
1c. If you find that the goods have been damaged after three working days after receiving the goods, we are sorry that we are unable to exchange or refund your services.
2. Surface delivery:
